This Policy applies to all jurisdictions in which CaizStable conducts business or makes its intellectual property accessible, either through direct operations, digital platforms, mobile applications, APIs, or affiliated entities.

All users, including employees, contractors, partners, and third parties, must adhere to the terms set forth in this Policy. Non-compliance may result in legal consequences, including termination of access, financial penalties, and civil or criminal liability.

II. Ownership & Protection of Intellectual Property

d. Copyright & Content Infringement

Users may not:

e. Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Affiliations

Users may not:

i. Claim false association, representation, or business partnership with CaizStable.

ii. Mislead the public by impersonating CaizStable or its subsidiaries.

iii. Distribute fraudulent tokens, NFTs, or blockchain assets under CaizStable’s brand name.

f. Domain Name & Cybersecurity Violations

Users may not:

i. Engage in cybersquatting – i.e., registering domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to CaizStable’s official domains.

ii. Hijack or infringe upon CaizStable’s official domain names, social media handles, or website URLs.

iii. Set up fake websites, fraudulent ICOs, or phishing schemes using CaizStable’s branding.

g. Trade Secret & Confidential Information Violations

Users may not:

i. Disclose, publish, or share confidential business strategies, financial data, proprietary algorithms, or trade secrets.

ii. Steal, leak, or sell sensitive CaizStable information for competitive or malicious purposes.

h. Fraudulent & Illegal Activities

Users may not use CaizStable’s intellectual property in connection with fraudulent activities, including:

i. Counterfeiting, piracy, or unauthorized token sales.

ii. Money laundering, financial fraud, or illicit cryptocurrency transactions.

iii. Misuse of blockchain-based assets for black-market transactions.

3. Consequences of Violating This Policy

CaizStable reserves the right to enforce strict legal and contractual consequences against any party that violates this Policy. Violations may result in:

Access to CaizStable’s platforms, services, and digital assets may be revoked permanently or temporarily.

IV. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Licensing

This section outlines the rights, obligations, and restrictions applicable to User-Generated Content (UGC) uploaded, submitted, or shared on CaizStable’s platforms, websites, applications, and digital forums. It also governs the licensing terms under which CaizStable may use, store, distribute, or display such content. All users, contributors, and third-party participants must comply with the terms set forth in this Policy to ensure legal compliance, protection of intellectual property rights, and content integrity.

1. Ownership of User-Generated Content

a. User Retains Ownership

Users retain full ownership of any original content they submit, upload, or publish on CaizStable’s platforms. This includes but is not limited to:

iii. Integration into CaizStable’s products, services, or digital assets.

2. User Content Compliance

a. Prohibited Content & Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not upload or submit content that:

i. Violates intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted music, images, videos, or software without authorization).

ii. Uses third-party trademarks without permission in a misleading or infringing manner.

iii. Discloses confidential business information without authorization.

iv. Contains software viruses, malware, or security threats.

v. Misinforms or defrauds users about CaizStable’s products, services, or technologies.

b. Monitoring, Removal, & Enforcement

CaizStable reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

i. Monitor all user-generated content for compliance with its policies.

ii. Remove or disable access to any content that violates intellectual property laws.

iii. Suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or illegal content.

iv. Report violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

c. Intellectual Property Infringement Complaints

If a third party believes that user-generated content violates their intellectual property rights, they may submit a copyright or trademark infringement complaint to CaizStable’s Designated IP Contact. The complaint must include:

i. A description of the copyrighted/trademarked work allegedly infringed.

ii. A link (URL) or other location details of the infringing material.

iii. Contact details of the complainant (name, email, address, phone number).

iv. A statement under penalty of perjury confirming the unauthorized use.

d. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance (for U.S. Users)

i. CaizStable complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will process takedown requests and counterclaims in accordance with U.S. copyright laws.

ii. If infringing content is found, CaizStable will remove the content and may restrict the user’s access.

e. Consequences for Repeated Violations

Users who repeatedly violate copyright, trademark, or other IP laws may face:

i. Permanent termination of their CaizStable account.

ii. Legal action, including financial penalties and damages.

iii. A ban from submitting content in the future.

f. User’s Right to Appeal Content Removal

If a user believes their content was wrongfully removed, they may submit an appeal request which shall be reviewed in 10 days by providing:

3. Liability & Indemnification

a. User Liability for Violations

Users assume full legal responsibility for any content they submit and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaizStable from:

iii. Regulatory fines or actions resulting from user-submitted content.

b. Indemnification Agreement

Any third party, business partner, or affiliate seeking permission to use CaizStable’s intellectual property must formally submit a licensing request for approval.

Approvals are granted at CaizStable’s sole discretion and may include:

d. License Grant & Execution

If a licensing request is approved, both parties must:

i. Execute a formal licensing agreement outlining:

• Permitted and restricted uses of the IP.

• Licensing duration, termination, and renewal conditions.

• Financial and contractual obligations.

ii. Adhere to intellectual property laws and CaizStable’s branding guidelines.

iii. Display proper attribution and copyright/trademark notices (if required).

e. Denial of Licensing Requests

CaizStable reserves the right to reject any licensing request that:

i. Conflicts with existing licensing agreements or third-party exclusivity arrangements.

ii. Poses a reputational or financial risk to CaizStable.

2. Intellectual Property Acknowledgment

All third parties granted a license to use CaizStable’s intellectual property must comply with the following conditions:
